David Rindge, DOM, LAc,
RN has been passionate
about in laser therapy since 1997. He founded the Florida Independent
Investigational Review Board for LASER Acupuncture Research in
2001 so that laser therapy might become accessible to many more
practitioners and patients. David has been training licensed, health
care professionals through Healing Light Seminars since 2002, is
co-author of Laser Therapy; A Clinical Manual and has been a regular
columnist on laser and other energy based therapies for Acupuncture
Today since 2002. He is Secretary of the North American Association
for Laser Therapy and President Emeritus of the Florida State Oriental
Medical Association. He has more than 35 years experience in health
care as a doctor of oriental medicine, acupuncture physician, perfusionist,
respiratory therapist and registered nurse. To learn more about

Jennifer Blahnik, O.M.D, L.Ac., co-author first
learned of low level lasers during her internship at Guonzhou University
in China. She has been using them in her clinical practice since
1990. Dr. Blahnik completed pre-med at UW Stevens Point and studied
TCM at the Midwest Center for the Study of Oriental Medicine. She
received her doctorate in Oriental Medicine from the Chinese Foundation
of Natural Health. Dr. Blahnik has been Vice-President of the AAOM
and served on its board of directors. She has also served on the
Wisconsin O.M.D. and Acupuncture Board. Dr. Blahnik integrates
traditional methods of Oriental Medicine with low-level laser therapy
and multiple strategies to restore health and well being at the
Midwest Pain Treatment Center of Beloit and Wausau, Wisconsin. |
